My name is Andrew Smith and I am a Commercial Property Consultant based in the large village of Saxilby, 6 miles west of Lincoln, England.

I started Dalton House Investments in 1988 and since that time I have been involved in many aspects of work in the U.K. commercial property sector.

Below is a typical selection of the current workload which is presently dominated by bank insolvency work.


My clients have not been numerous but have tended to be substantial in property terms and very active. This has brought a wide geographical spread of work to the practice. I operate effectively as a one man band in stark contrast to most commercial agents who tend to group in larger and larger practices to cover various specialist aspects of their work.

I work quietly from a purpose built office which has attracted the nickname - 'The Hut'.

WHAT'S OCCURING


On January 18th the sale was completed of the Glan-yr-Afon Inn at Dolphin, Holywell, Flintshire. Hopefully good times will return shortly for the property which is not short on character.

20th January brought to an end a hectic week when as well as completion of the sale of The Glan-yr-Afon Inn deals were contracted and / or completed on new offices in Doncaster, 4 new apartments in Chester and a high quality bank investment nr. Stockport.
