My name is Andrew Smith and I am a Commercial Property Consultant now based in the small village of Reepham near Lincoln, England.
I started Dalton House Investments in 1988 and since that time I have been involved in many aspects of work in the U.K. commercial property sector.
My clients have not been numerous but have tended to be substantial in property terms and very active. This has brought a wide geographical spread of work to the practice. I operate effectively as a one man band in stark contrast to most commercial agents who tend to group in larger and larger practices to cover various specialist aspects of their work. I work quietly from a purpose built office which has attracted the nickname - 'The Hut'.
In this office for colleagues I have two faithful dogs - Max and Lucy together with a digital radio. For the information from the specialist departments I rely on a broadband connection to the internet.
On 10th. July this monster - the recently restored Avro Vulcan bomber was hastily photographed as it flew over 'The Hut'.
Not the best photograph but there was not a lot of time to take it!
